We send you your labels only after a thorough quality control process to ensure that you’re getting the top quality labels you ordered. In addition the labels are individually well wrapped against damage in shipping but occasionally things may go wrong. We want to fix problems as quickly as possible so email customer services at [email protected] explaining the issue and we will be able to assist you further.
Faulty goods
If for any reason, you receive a faulty item from us you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging. Please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist you with the return.
Incorrect Goods
If we sent you something you hadn’t ordered please contact us within 14 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 30 days unused in its original packaging and you will not be charged. Please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist you with the return.
Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 30 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging. Please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist you with the return.
Unwanted goods or ordered in error
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the purchase price and the basic delivery cost (the least expensive delivery option offered).
In addition, we offer a goodwill returns policy allowing you to return non‑bespoke items within 30 days unused and in their original packaging. This extended period does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of bespoke labels that have been ordered in error.
You will need to pay your return postage. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 30 days of cancellation.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
